Caring for your skin
isn’t about vanity.

In August 2025, I was asked by our founder and CEO to try a new Canadian-made skincare line, provide feedback, and assist with its launch. As someone who values supporting Canadian businesses and who appreciates plant-based, organic products, I was excited to say yes.

What I didn’t expect was how much the experience would affect me personally.

Before Puralta

Like many women, I had tried a lot of skincare over the years. Some products felt nice. Some promised dramatic results. But if I’m being honest, nothing had ever made a meaningful difference in how I felt about my skin.

My skin looked tired.

It lacked brightness and evenness. I could clearly see my forehead lines, crow’s feet, and marionette lines. The darkness under my eyes made me feel like I looked exhausted all the time, even when I wasn’t. I had started to accept that this was simply part of getting older.

I felt sad that my skin no longer looked healthy or felt healthy.

Still, I was hopeful.

Beginning the Puralta Routine

So in August 2025, I began using the complete Puralta routine.

The first thing I noticed was how my skin felt.

Soft.

Comforted.

Hydrated.

It was as though my skin had been waiting for exactly this kind of care. Every morning and evening, using the products felt relieving and nourishing. Even today, that’s still one of my favourite parts of the experience.

The Results

Within a few weeks, I began noticing visible changes. My skin looked more hydrated, plumper, and more even. As the months passed, the improvements became more noticeable.

The redness I’d lived with for years softened significantly. Fine lines became less pronounced. My skin looked firmer, brighter, smoother, and healthier.

Most importantly, I started to feel more confident.

I genuinely feel like I’m aging well, and that’s a wonderful feeling to have.

A Moment of Self-Care

What surprised me most was that my skincare routine became something I looked forward to. For five to ten minutes each morning and evening, I have a quiet moment to care for myself. Those few moments feel calming, relaxing, and restorative.

Before Puralta, I never understood why anyone enjoyed using toner. Now, with the gentle spray formula, it’s one of my favourite steps. There’s no burning sensation, just immediate comfort and hydration.

That final step, the Vital Oil, feels incredibly nourishing and has become part of my ritual for winding down at the end of the day.

Do I Have a Favourite Product?

People often ask if I have a favourite Puralta product.

Honestly?

All of them.

I’ve never had products that made my skin feel this good while also delivering results I can actually see.

Why I Share Puralta

The reason I share Puralta with other women is simple: I know I’m not alone in how I felt about my skin.

We talk a lot about self-care, but to me, caring for your skin isn’t about vanity. It’s about making a healthy choice for yourself. Most of the women in my life want to feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin as they age. I do too.

What Natural Beauty Means to Me

To me, being naturally beautiful has very little to do with perfection.

It’s about how you feel when you look at yourself.

Because while the world sees the outside of us, we live with what we see in the mirror every day. If what you see makes you feel confident, and genuinely happy, then in this girl’s opinion, you’re doing it right.
